Telecom System Administrator

The Service informatique de l'Entité neuchâteloise (SIEN) is looking for a Telecom System Administrator SIEN216 SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social, and parapublic sectors). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes global IT concepts, and ensures a set of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities. Your missions In compliance with SIEN's best practices and security directives, you install and guarantee the proper functioning of hardware and software, while conducting projects to implement standardized solutions. On a daily basis, you collaborate with engineers and technical project managers to successfully carry out deployments of complex infrastructures and solutions. You also intervene on 2nd level incidents and participate in their resolution to limit work interruptions for the business units. Your profile Holding an ES technician diploma in telecommunications or a degree deemed equivalent, you possess the following technical knowledge: • networking (TCP/IP protocols, routing, and Cisco switches) • telephony (Unify communication solutions, IP telephony systems) • unified communication management Furthermore, your skills allow you to analyze and resolve problems related to telecommunication networks and systems. Organized and comfortable in a collaborative environment, you know how to work methodically and in a team.
