Experienced Property Manager (f/m/d) Lucerne Region 80-100%

Area of responsibility

In this position, you will take over the independent and comprehensive management of an attractive portfolio of rental properties. In doing so, you will ensure professional management of the properties and will be an important contact person for tenants, owners, tradespeople, and other contact persons.

Your versatile area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Independent management of the portfolio including contract management, rent setting and adjustments, as well as processing terminations
• Organization and accompaniment of initial and re-lettings – from advertising through viewings and tenant selection to handovers and acceptances
• Preparation of control and condition reports
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as coordination of caretakers and tradespeople

Your strengths and experience

Do you bring experience in the independent management of residential properties and want to contribute your expertise in a family-like environment? For this position, you should bring the following requirements:

• Further education as a Property Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of sound professional experience in the management of residential properties
• Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as style-confident communication
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with different contact persons
