assistant to management, part-time 30-40% - temporary

Tasks

• For about 2-4 months, you will support as an assistant and handle the secretariat
• You will work for the management and support the financial and HR administration
• Additionally, you will prepare meetings and keep the minutes
• The working hours are 10-15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, half-day, preferably in the morning)

Requirements

• You have completed training as a business administrator or equivalent
• Experience as an assistant, preferably in the above-mentioned tasks, is important
• Do you consider yourself well-organized, flexible, collegial, and diligent?
