To strengthen the internal sales team, the client is looking for a cheerful, customer-oriented personality who advises customers competently and processes offers and orders independently.

Your tasks

• Carry out the processing of offers and customer orders independently
• Advise customers competently via telephone and e-mail
• Actively support the field sales service and work closely together
• Manage customer returns, complaints and customer data in the system

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training required
• Very good German and Italian language skills necessary
• Strong service and customer orientation in sales
• Independent, structured and reliable personality sought
