• Realization of demanding heating and refrigeration technology systems in the commercial and industrial sectors
• Planning and project design of direct customer orders
• Responsible for the quality, deadline, and cost-compliant execution of projects
• Acquisition of new construction projects as well as maintaining relationships with customers, architects, and suppliers
• Use of the latest findings from research and development regarding improved materials, products, processes, etc.
• Leadership of the installation personnel

• Basic training in the field of heating (Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Heizung EFZ)
• Leadership experience in a similar position or as a construction site manager is an advantage
• Exemplary way of working and competent appearance
• Business and entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to take on responsibility and also to lead employees
• Organizational and negotiation skills
• Strong team and customer orientation
• German in spoken and written form and driving license Cat. B are mandatory
