What awaits you <br /> • You help shape procurement strategies: Together with the Strategic Procurement team, you plan and implement effective procurement strategies • You take on responsibility: You lead smaller strategic procurement projects independently and bring them to success in a goal-oriented manner • You know the market: You conduct market and supplier analyses, recognize developments, and derive appropriate measures from them • You create decision-making bases: With meaningful economic efficiency and offer comparisons, you support sound procurement decisions • You negotiate with skill: You prepare, conduct, and professionally document price, condition, and contract negotiations • You develop suppliers further: You manage existing suppliers in a partnership-based manner and contribute actively to continuous further development • You are a problem solver: You advise and support our medical departments on procurement issues and develop suitable solutions together with them <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You have a (technical) university degree in BWL, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field, a degree from a Higher Vocational School (HF), or a Higher Federal Diploma (HFP) • You bring initial experience in purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management • You have experience in price and contract negotiations • You have good knowledge of strategic procurement processes • You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel - SAP knowledge is an advantage • You convince through your strong communication skills, social competence, and your confident appearance • You bring negotiation skills, analytical thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills <br /> Our offer <br /> • A responsible function with development opportunities • A versatile procurement environment with strategic relevance • Collaboration with different departments in a complex organizational environment • Flexible working hours and modern infrastructure • Targeted further training opportunities <br /> Questions about the position?
