CNC Toolmaker

For one of our clients, a recognized industrial company in the field of precision mechanics, we are looking to strengthen its team with a:

CNC Toolmaker / Polymécanicien (M/F)

You will join a demanding production environment and will be responsible for the preparation, setting, inspection, and maintenance of production tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of production tools while respecting quantity, quality, and deadline objectives
• Set up tools autonomously
• Program measuring benches
• Measure and inspect tools on setting benches
• Identify and process anomalies and non-conforming parts
• Report issues related to quality or production means
• Process complaints related to tools and equipment
• Perform calibration of clamping means
• Ensure the handling of tools using a hoist
• Clean and maintain the various machines in the sector
• Guarantee the order and organization of your workstation in accordance with 5S principles
• Collaborate with production teams to guarantee the availability and quality of tools

Profile

• CFC as a polymécanicien, production mechanic
• Experience in the field of tooling
• Comfortable with tool setting and inspection
• Precise, reliable person attentive to quality
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
• Good knowledge of French
• Flexible and willing to work in 3x8 shift schedules
• Available for long-term temporary contract engagement
