Job description

As a nursing assistant, you intervene on occasional or planned missions within medico-social establishments in the canton of Genève.
Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the global care of residents.
You carry out nursing care and support with autonomy and benevolence, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends and public holidays) for a rhythmic, human and rewarding activity.
Profile sought
You are a nursing assistant and can demonstrate at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
A first experience in EMS in Switzerland would be a real plus.
Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place the human being at the heart of your practice. Calm, reactive and capable of managing complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances.
You like working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal qualities and are able to adapt flexibly to field needs.
