In this role, you will ensure structured processes in the office, be the central contact person for member concerns, and actively contribute to a professional organization and coordination of internal processes. Your main tasks include: First contact for inquiries Member administration Ensuring and administration of apartment and member share certificates Organization of the GM Support of the management in administrative and organizational tasks General administrative tasks within the office Handling of mail, email, telephone, reception Organization and documentation of team meetings and other team events Collaboration in the implementation of processes into the property management software Immotop2 from W&W You have a commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience, experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. You are communicative and enjoy working independently. Good expression in German as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office products are a matter of course for you.
