Secretary or Assistant

To strengthen our small team, we are looking for a reliable, motivated and discreet personality to support our law, notary and mediation office in Zuoz. Your tasks: • Management and organization of the secretariat • General administrative work and correspondence • Administrative preparation of contracts, documents and submissions according to specifications • Recording, preparation and management of documents and data • Invoicing and archiving • Support for partners in administrative and organizational tasks as well as other work that arises in the daily routine of the office Your profile: • Commercial training or comparable professional experience • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Good Italian and/or English language skills; knowledge of Romansh or French is an advantage • Good MS-Office skills • Exact, independent and reliable way of working • Discretion and sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of administrative tasks and organizational skills • Ability to think ahead, recognize priorities and carry out tasks carefully and efficiently Experience in a law, notary or mediation office is an advantage, but not a requirement. More important to us than legal prior knowledge are a careful way of working, good organizational skills and the willingness to get involved in new tasks.
