Head of Production & Planning 100% (m/f/d)

What you do with us:

• You are the interface between the creative departments and production and advise project management and business development as early as the offer and conception phase regarding technical feasibility, materialization, and production costs
• You translate creative design ideas into technically feasible and economical solutions
• You create technical drawings, construction plans, cost estimates, material lists, as well as work preparation and production documents
• You plan and coordinate production orders from the feasibility study to the handover to the event technology
• You procure materials for internal productions, coordinate external production services, and ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets
• You implement smaller and medium-sized productions yourself operationally and lead the production staff used for larger projects
• You ensure economical, safe, and high-quality manufacturing
• You instruct the event technology for assemblies and accompany complex productions on-site if necessary
• You continuously develop production standards as well as workshop and AVOR processes
• You ensure transparent post-calculation and support the expansion of billable engineering, consulting, and construction services

When you fit with us:

• You have completed vocational training as a Schreiner EFZ, Zimmermann EFZ, or a comparable manual trade training
• Ideally, you have further training in the field of AVOR, as a Technischer Kaufmann, Holztechniker HF, Projektleiter Schreinerei, or in a comparable specialization
• You bring experience in the creation of technical drawings, production documents, and construction solutions
• You know how to transfer customer ideas and design concepts into economically producible solutions
• You possess sound knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, machines, and workshop processes
• You think entrepreneurially and bring a good understanding of calculation, purchasing, and cost control
• You communicate clearly and solution-oriented and can convey technical matters in a target-group-oriented manner
• You take responsibility, prioritize reliably, and maintain an overview even in hectic project phases
• You enjoy combining leadership responsibility with operational work and like to roll up your sleeves yourself
• You work pragmatically and structurally and possess a strong awareness of quality, deadlines, and costs
• You have very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
• You have a confident handling of Microsoft 365 as well as software solutions for production planning and work preparation
• You communicate bindingly and in a target-group-oriented manner – internally as well as externally
• You are a strong service provider and ready to pitch in on weekends if necessary
• You possess driving license B
