Our core competencies include electricity production, electricity trading, energy data management, as well as other sales-oriented services for our partners and customers.

For the production area at our location in Schwanden GL, we are seeking qualified support by arrangement for the role of
Operations Department Manager 80-100 %

Main Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the Operations Department with around 15 employees
Direct leadership of team leaders, the operations electrician, and the logistician
Resource planning and on-call organisation
Technical responsibility for the plants
Contact with customers and authorities
Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as targeted management of all services using appropriate KPIs
Active participation in the management team of the production area

Your Background
Higher education in energy, technology, or engineering, or proven experience in a comparable role
Several years of leadership experience and strong leadership motivation
Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of plants
Distinct entrepreneurial personality
