Production Process Manager (100%)

For our client, an established company in the field of production and logistics, we are looking for an engaged and technically savvy personality as a Production Process Manager (100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. The position will be filled within the framework of personnel leasing and is aimed at experienced specialists who bring technical know-how, leadership skills, and a strong hands-on mentality. Your tasks • Independent processing and coordination of production orders while complying with quality, deadline, and efficiency specifications • Active participation in ongoing production and at the production lines • Monitoring of production processes as well as recognizing and rectifying faulty or inefficient processes • Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines, systems, and production equipment • Carrying out troubleshooting and minor repair and maintenance work • Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process • Support, coordination, and technical leadership of employees in production • Collaboration in deployment and personnel planning • Promotion and further development of employees through targeted training and further education • Assumption of various organizational and coordinative tasks within production Your profile • Completed basic technical training, for example as a production mechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician, or comparable training • At least 5 years of professional experience in contract logistics, co-packing, production, mechanics, or assembly • At least 3 years of leadership experience • Sound mechanical and technical understanding • Manual dexterity and enjoyment of active participation in production • Good IT user knowledge • Very good German skills, at least level C1 or native language • Further language skills are an advantage • Decisive and assertive personality • Reliable, structured, and independent way of working • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people • High willingness to learn, resilience, and sense of responsibility We offer • Responsible and varied activity in a modern production environment • Long-term employment opportunity with an established client company • Attractive and contemporary employment conditions • Much personal responsibility and scope for design • Opportunity to actively contribute leadership and specialist skills • Professional support through our personnel consultancy Interested?
