Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% You can make this contribution • Take over the responsibility for the topic Collaboration & Workplace in the Swiss Army, from needs analysis and strategy to implementation and impact assessment • Ensure that employees of the Swiss Army/Group Defense (and later militia members) have access to a workplace that meets their needs, both physically and digitally • Clarify the initial situation and challenges with stakeholders from various areas of the army quickly and systematically; identify where good solutions already exist and where there is a need for optimization -- always with a view to a uniform, coherent overall picture • Identify, prioritize, initiate or integrate projects and pilot projects in the area of Workplace and collaboration forms, in all organizational units of the Swiss Army and in cooperation with various partners and stakeholders • In a complex environment, embedded in the framework conditions of the federal administration and at the same time located in an organization that must react dynamically to new situations, find and implement the best solutions for the Swiss Army in a assertive and pragmatic way • Work closely with other topic owners in the Transformation & Innovation Defense area <br /> What makes you unique • University degree (uni, FH, ETH) in business administration, public administration, work and organizational psychology, business informatics or a comparable field • Several years of experience in designing, introducing and controlling forms of collaboration and work environments in complex organizations of the public sector or administration-related companies • In-depth methodological competence in Workplace design, tooling, enabling, adaptation -- including change management experience and experience with tools beyond M365 • Practical experience in translating concepts into simple standards, working methods and services with high acceptance • Experience in lateral leadership, ambassador roles, communication and stakeholder management at a higher management level is an advantage • Active knowledge of at least one second official language (B2), if possible passive knowledge of a third official language and English at least B2 <br /> In brief The Transformation & Innovation V (TRI V) area is driving the development of the Group Defense. The team occupies central transformation topics for the Swiss Army, positions them internally and externally, ensures concrete solutions for empowered end users and develops structure and tools consistently along the needs. In your new role, you will occupy the topic Collaboration & Workplace and lead it to success. You will work as a topic owner in the agile team, coordinate stakeholders and projects across the organization and ensure that Group Defense employees have an adequate and future-proof working environment available.
