Your tasks
Department-specific tasks and responsibilities are defined as follows:
He is responsible for the technical and personnel management of the Completion department as well as maintenance orders
Planning, controlling, and implementing completion and maintenance projects according to the relevant requirements from laws and standards
Responsibility for the resource planning of completion in close cooperation with the project management or the end customer (according to completion macro-planning specifications created and maintained by project management)
Provision of the documents required for completion and maintenance work, approved in cooperation with development and the quality organization
Monitoring of work execution, deadlines, and quality
Responsible for the timely training, further education, and qualification of his employees
Implementation and application of the relevant requirements from laws and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EN 9100, EASA Part 21 & 145, ICAO Annex 19 SMS, HMG/MepV and Regulation (EU) 2017/745)
Regular recording of key figures and active implementation of solution approaches in case of deviations
Your profile
Basic technical training with further training as a process specialist or operations technician (TS / HF)
Several years of experience in the development or maintenance of aviation products, structural or equipment parts
Good knowledge of EASA Part 145
Organizational personality with leadership experience
Good understanding of work processes and networked thinking
Resilient, organizationally strong, and stress-resistant personality
Very good MS – Office knowledge
