Join us and contribute to the success of the Migros company. ### What you accomplish * Ensure the achievement of operational, financial, qualitative and human objectives of the sector, particularly regarding costs, yields and production losses. * Supervise, support and develop the managers, specialists and employees under your responsibility. * Guarantee optimal personnel planning as well as the availability of installations, machines and materials necessary for production. * Ensure compliance with regulations relating to occupational safety, hygiene, quality, compliance and animal welfare. * Analyze complaints and coordinate corrective and continuous improvement measures with the relevant sectors. * Manage intersectoral projects, contribute to the development of production capacities and guarantee the reliability of data in the different systems. * Coordinate external slaughtering and ensure professional collaboration with internal and external partners. ### What you bring * Bildung: École supérieure * Specialization: Higher education at École supérieure level, advanced professional examination or University of Applied Sciences, ideally supplemented by management training * Professional experience: Proven professional experience in a production environment, in team leadership and in continuous improvement * Strong managerial skills and experience in leading teams composed of varied profiles. * Good command of standard IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP. * Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative. * Analytical capacity, solution orientation and ease in managing complex situations. * Flexibility, openness to change and entrepreneurial spirit. * Excellent communication, collaboration and conflict management skills. * Strong sensitivity to quality, safety, performance and customer satisfaction issues. * French (B1) * German (A2) ### What we offer you * Occupational pension scheme: Full coverage with the Migros Pension Fund - with first-class and attractive benefits * Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full maintenance of net salary * Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.- * Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food items. * Banque Migros: Migros offers higher interest rates on private accounts and investment accounts to its employees. * Ecole-club Migros: 70% reimbursement of course fees, up to a maximum of 1'000 CHF per calendar year * Sport and fitness offers: Contribution to fitness subscriptions: maximum CHF 200.- per subscription and per year * Leisure and culture offer: You benefit from discounted tickets for selected cultural events * Training and continuing education: Attractive range of training and professional development * Maternity leave/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Only online applications submitted via the portal will be considered.
