Senior Project Manager Special Foundation Engineering

Responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of complex special foundation engineering projects including leadership of project teams.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for planning, management and implementation of complex special foundation engineering projects
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams incl. site management and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and costs
• Strategic work preparation as well as resource planning and allocation
• Contract and supplementary claim management incl. negotiations with clients and partners
• Interface management with other trades and project participants
• Implementation and further development of project controlling

Profile

• Completed training in construction, e.g. civil engineer or dipl. Bauführer
• Ideally further training in project management
• Several years of professional experience in project management in special foundation engineering
• Strong leadership competence and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, SAP/R3 and project management tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and strong communication skills
