In this position, you will actively contribute to the work of the HR team, which is responsible at Innosuisse for all processes related to human resources. Your tasks: With your colleague, you are responsible for the entirety of administration and payroll processing at Innosuisse. You enter and update personnel data in the Abacus RH human resources information system and generally provide support to the application managers for the maintenance and development of the system. You ensure efficient personnel administration and support the team in personnel management. You participate in internal projects and undertake various special tasks assigned by the division management. Our requirements: For this demanding activity, we are looking for an HR specialist with a specialization in the fields of payroll management, social insurance, as well as withholding tax. You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable role and possess in-depth knowledge in the field of social insurance and HR administration. You have a strong affinity for IT tools, with good proficiency in Abacus as well as the MS Office suite (particularly Excel). Experience in the areas of requirements analysis, testing (quality assurance), as well as project-based work is also important. You are distinguished by a keen sense of service and a strong customer orientation. You think and act in a targeted manner and demonstrate stress resistance.
