Due to the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for: Technischer Einkäufer (m/w) 100% Your main tasks • Create and track orders • Create and track requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotes (RFQ) to suppliers • Monitor deadlines and send reminders • Negotiate prices, delivery times, and supplier terms • Manage supplier activities and all logistical aspects, including transport • Process supplier complaints and track corrective actions together with the SQA manager • Process supplier invoices and credits • Participate in the selection of new suppliers • Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Your profile • Professional qualification as a merchant, supplemented by a technical qualification, or technical professional qualification, supplemented by a certificate as a purchasing assistant (procure.ch) • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement • Good knowledge in the field of electronic components; technical knowledge is an advantage • Knowledge of the requirements of a quality management system according to ISO 9001 • Good command of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in handling an ERP system; knowledge of Proalpha is an advantage • Languages: Very good command of French and English; basic knowledge of German • Proactive personality, open to changes and motivated to develop further in a dynamic technical environment • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work together in a versatile way with a good sense of analysis and priorities We offer • Hybrid work model, which enables high flexibility. • A company culture based on trust, integrity, competence, and self-responsibility.
