Your area of activity ### • You competently and lovingly accompany our residents in the night shift  • You carry out nursing measures independently • You are part of an interdisciplinary team that strengthens each other • You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our processes together • You ensure with us that people feel seen and valued What you bring ### • Completed training as a Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) or equivalent training • Joy in working with elderly people • Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a portion of humor • Motivation, professionalism and an open heart • Interest in Lean Management and joy in critically questioning and actively optimizing processes What to expect: You can expect a temporary employment from 01.07.2026 for 6-12 months in a 60%-workload.
