Social Educator

The employer is looking for a: substitute educator (reported profession) Tasks: – management of work activities and user care – co-management of the socio-educational team – management of individual development plans, user admissions and dismissals, administration related to user management and production – active participation in store activities – collaboration with the Management, implementation of all levels provided by the quality manual and the objectives of the structure and the Cooperativa Area Requirements: – Diploma in social work SUP or equivalent training – work experience in the social sector of Italian Switzerland and knowledge of the local socio-sanitary network – experience in managing educational projects, elaboration of individual development plans – experience in managing interviews and network interviews – ability to work in a team – organizational and administrative skills – knowledge of a second national language – residence in Italian Switzerland – category B driver's license Employment details: • workplace Locarno • employment level 50% • employment start upon agreement • type of contract fixed-term until 30.06.2027 • salary to be agreed Application: • applications accompanied by all useful documents (CV, copies of study and work certificates) must be sent as soon as possible by e-mail to direzione@cooperativa-area.ch Subject: Substitute educator competition.
