As part of a replacement, we are currently looking for an Institute Manager capable of supporting their team and bringing Body Minute's values to life on a daily basis. Beauty Institute Manager - Fribourg 100% Fribourg | CDI | Start date: As soon as possible We are looking for our future Institute Manager to join our team. You are passionate about aesthetics, enjoy contact with customers, and wish to evolve towards a position of responsibility while continuing to practice your profession? Then this position is made for you! Your missions ## As Institute Manager, you are the true pillar of the establishment. You ensure the smooth daily operation of the institute and are the guarantor of the quality of the customer experience, commercial performance, and the cohesion of your team. Your activity is divided between 80% aesthetic treatments in the treatment room and 20% management and administrative missions. You will notably be required to: • Perform aesthetic treatments and guarantee an irreproachable level of quality. • Advise customers, develop sales of products, services, and Body Minute subscriptions. • Guarantee a customer experience faithful to the brand's values and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Recruit, integrate, train, and support employees in their development. • Organize schedules and coordinate the daily activity of the team. • Energize, motivate, and unite your team around the institute's objectives. • Ensure cash management, ordering, and stock monitoring. • Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and Body Minute quality standards. • Monitor the institute's performance indicators and implement necessary actions to achieve set objectives. Your profile ## • CFC in aesthetics or equivalent training (an asset). • IPL diploma recognized in Switzerland (an asset). • Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics. • Experience in team management or coordination is a real advantage. • Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service. • Dynamic, organized, autonomous, and endowed with good leadership. • Passionate about the world of beauty and cosmetics. • Mastery of French; any other language is an asset.
