Production Manager (m/w/d) - Vals We are looking for a Production Manager who will actively shape the future of our mineral water production in Vals. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for the production of our Valser mineral water products. You will ensure that quality, efficiency, and sustainability go hand in hand and make a significant contribution to the success of one of the most well-known mineral water brands in Switzerland with your focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. YOUR NEW TASKS As Production Manager, you will lead, develop, and promote your production team and create a motivating work environment. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth production process and compliance with our quality, safety, and performance standards. With your focus on efficiency, quality, and costs, you will continuously optimize production processes, facilities, and packaging solutions. You will analyze relevant key figures, derive suitable improvement measures from them, and implement them successfully. You will plan and implement investment, automation, and optimization projects. In close cooperation with the Supply Chain, Quality, Technology, Continuous Improvement, and other departments, you will successfully introduce new products, technologies, and processes. Together with the central production planning team, you will ensure optimal production planning based on market needs and the requirements of our production lines. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively drive forward Lean Management methods. In addition, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and certification requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for personnel planning and talent and succession development within your team. You will network with the production sites of Coca-Cola HBC in Switzerland and internationally and share best practices. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? You have a completed degree or higher vocational training in the field of production, engineering, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company in the mineral water, beverage, or FMCG industry. You bring sound knowledge of production, Lean Management, maintenance, and quality management, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. You convince with pronounced leadership competence and experience in coaching, employee development, and conflict management. Thanks to your strong communication skills and experience in change management, you are able to successfully accompany changes. Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding, and a good financial sense characterize you. In addition, you have experience in project management. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have a high level of organizational and planning competence. A pronounced quality claim and a passion for continuous improvement round off your profile. Additionally, you have fluent German and very good English language skills.
