Job Description

• You inspire your customers with personal, competent, and holistic advice regarding health, life, wealth, and corporate insurance.
• You analyze individual needs, develop suitable pension and insurance solutions, and accompany your customers long-term in important financial decisions.
• You specifically expand existing customer relationships, strengthen trust, and recognize additional needs in order to create sustainable added value with suitable cross-selling and upselling offers.
• You acquire new customers through initiative, personal commitment, and your network, and continuously develop your customer base.
• You conduct confident and goal-oriented advisory discussions - personally, by telephone, or via digital channels - and convince with your professional appearance and solution orientation.
• You independently create individual offers, professionally accompany your customers until completion, and ensure reliable and timely follow-up processing.

Desired Profile

• You possess a completed certificate as an insurance intermediary VBV, profile "Allbranche", and bring sound knowledge in insurance advisory.
• You communicate with style, persuasively, and appropriately for the target audience in German. Further language skills are an advantage.
• You are characterized by high self-motivation, perseverance, and a strong customer and service orientation.
• You appear professional, confident, and sympathetic, and you know how to convince people with your advice and your sales skills.
