As an intern, you will work in a team and, together with your supervisor, commit to ensuring that our customers' properties as well as their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are diverse and varied.

Your tasks ##

• Frequent telephone contact with tenants, prospective tenants, etc.
• Providing information on available rental offers
• Classification and examination of incoming application forms, taking into account the solvency of prospective tenants and the tenant structure of the properties
• Selection of suitable prospective tenants in cooperation with property management
• Arranging viewing appointments with tenants
• Preparation of rental agreements and invoices
• Editing and filing object and property photos
• Support in the creation of marketing materials (e.g., online and print advertisements, banners, signs, and brochures)

Your profile ##

• You have completed the school part of the Commercial/Business School (WMS/HMS) with good to very good results
• You have good manners and express yourself proficiently in the German language, both orally and in writing
• You are interested in the business processes and connections in the real estate industry
• You enjoy interacting with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to change
• You enjoy using new technologies and digital tools
