Swiss Plasmabiotech is an innovative biotechnology company focusing on the development and marketing of products in the field of regenerative medicine and aesthetic applications.
We are developers, manufacturers, and distributors of our patented SPB PRP products (medical products) as well as the EXO|MYRA® Exosome Skincare line in the field of aesthetic medicine.
For our internationally oriented working environment, we are looking for a committed personality in the field of sales and marketing, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Consultation and sales of medical products (PRP) as well as aesthetic products (Exosome Skincare) throughout Switzerland
Support and expansion of our target groups: clinics, hospitals, medical practices as well as aesthetic centers and cosmetic institutes
Active new customer acquisition and building of long-term customer relationships
Presentation and positioning of our innovative product solutions
Representation of the company at trade fairs, congresses, and specialist events
Your profile
Experience in sales or marketing, ideally in medical technology, pharma, or aesthetic medicine
Experience in dealing with clinics, medical practices, or cosmetic institutes is an advantage
Knowledge in PRP, fillers, exosomes, or aesthetic treatments is a plus
Strong communication skills and confident appearance
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong closing skills
Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
Teamwork skills and high self-motivation
Experience in handling CRM systems
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Very good English skills, ideally an advantage
Driver's license category B
