On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Deputy Fiduciary Manager (70-100%) On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Deputy Fiduciary Director (70-100%) Your mission: Progressively take over and autonomously manage a client portfolio composed mainly of SMEs. Ensure the supervision of client files and support mandate managers in the management of their files. Supervise accounting, tax, VAT, and payroll work, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the company's quality standards. Review closings, financial statements, tax returns, and other deliverables before they are submitted to clients. Advise clients on their routine questions and act as a reference in more complex situations. Supervise, support, and train employees in their technical and professional development. Participate in the implementation of internal processes, organizational improvements, and digitalization and automation projects. Contribute to strategic reflections and development alongside Management. Profile sought: Diploma as a fiduciary expert, expert in finance and accounting, chartered accountant, or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience, ideally a minimum of 8 years, within a Swiss fiduciary. Very good knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT, and payroll management. Experience in the autonomous management of a client portfolio and in the supervision of complex files. Successful experience in the supervision and development of employees. Strong capacity for organization, prioritization, and decision-making. Marked interest in digital tools, automation, and continuous improvement. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to actively contribute to the development of a growing company. Excellent command of French and good professional knowledge of English.
