Polymechaniker Berufsbildner (m/w/d) ### Your tasks ### • Responsible for the apprenticeship training of the polymechanicians and production mechanics • Preparation of the apprentices for the partial and final examinations as well as supervision of the IPAs • Recruitment of new apprentices in cooperation with our HR • Creation of weekly, semester, and annual work plans • Conducting the semester interviews including the creation of educational reports • Processing small series on state-of-the-art CNC machines • Creation of prototypes with conventional machines • Setting up various processing machines • Creating and optimizing CNC programs using CAM (TopSolid) and at the machine with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Your profile ### • You have successfully completed training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ • You have been able to gain several years of professional experience and have experience in training apprentices • You have completed the vocational trainer course • You are independent as well as reliable and work with high quality • You are flexible as well as resilient and look forward to working in a small team • You have very good German skills in speaking and writing Our offer ### We offer you the chance to contribute in a dynamic and demanding environment and to actively participate in the further development of our production.
