Architect ETH/FH (80-100%) ----------------------------- To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Architect ETH/FH (80-100%) to collaborate on exciting and demanding residential construction projects in the Zurich area. Are you looking for a challenge with a high degree of personal responsibility? We are a team of architects, project and planning managers, draughtsmen EFZ, and apprentices, which has been active in residential construction in the greater Zurich area since 1980. We work with general contractors and private clients and provide all partial services from the concept study to construction realization. Your tasks: • Develop, manage, document, and present a construction project from conception to submission. • Create planning documents from concept studies to construction projects in CAD (ArchiCAD/Windows). • Independently seek and maintain contact with the building authority, specialist planners, other specialist offices, and the client. • Enforce the implementation of design principles during the realization phase. Your profile: • Negotiation skills and the ability to drive the development and implementation of solutions in the interest of the client. • Quickly recognize the goals of management and the client and implement them efficiently and purposefully within the team. • Professional experience as an architect, predominantly in the areas from project development to execution planning. • Confidence in handling the Swiss regulatory framework and the SIA norms. • Communicative personality who feels comfortable in a team.
