Who you are

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized person who loves working in a constantly evolving environment.

• You have a passion for stock accuracy and you understand how essential it is for our products to be available in the right place and at the right time in order to create a successful shopping experience for our customers.
• You have strong skills in processes, tools, and working methods in the field of retail and/or logistics.
• You know how to use forklifts safely and efficiently and, ideally, you hold a forklift license.
• You love working with logistics in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
• You are flexible, you like working in a team, and you demonstrate self-discipline.
• You have a friendly demeanor that contributes to promoting positive collaboration with your colleagues through your open-mindedness and communicative nature.
• You are available to work early in the morning from 05h to 10h

Your responsibilities

• Working according to established routines to ensure accurate inventory and product availability for customers
• Working as a team with your colleagues to ensure that the store is well-stocked, in perfect condition, and ready to welcome our customers.
• Working carefully to ensure the safety and protection of customers and your colleagues in your area of responsibility.
• Sharing your knowledge and skills to help your colleagues in the department and other areas of the store.
• Being available to support your colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when necessary.

We are the team that, behind the scenes, ensures that IKEA products are available to as many people as possible. We use our different expertise in supply processes to adapt the assortment to our storage capacity through forecasting and ordering, so that products are as available as possible for customers, all while minimizing our expenses.
