October 2026 or by agreement Your profile: • one of the following completed training courses: • * HF-Diplom in Sozialpädagogik or as a nursing specialist • FH-Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit or nursing • Uni-Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, klinischer Heilpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie or Sozialwissenschaften • innovative, mature personality, minimum age 25 • experience in stationary work with dissocial young people • high relationship and conflict resolution skills • pronounced social competence • willingness to work irregular hours, also on weekends • driver's license cat.
