In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for: A Real Estate Broker - 100% in Oron-la-Ville Your mission: Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the real estate sector; Evaluate real estate properties and support clients in their construction projects; Organize and conduct visits of our show villas and plots of land with clients; Negotiate sales terms and conditions; Ensure follow-up on sales of our projects and prospecting for land acquisition; Putting construction projects up for sale. Your profile: Previous experience as a real estate broker, in the banking or insurance field; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market; Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team dynamics.
