Your tasks Support in 2nd Level Support Support of end users with technical problems and questions Analysis and rectification of IT malfunctions Preparation, installation, exchange, and return of PCs and workstation hardware Delivery and setup of IT workstations at the customer Execution of PC and workstation exchange campaigns Installation and configuration of PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices Support during moves, building clearances, new installations, and other IT projects Transport and setup of IT hardware Appointment scheduling and coordination with customers Documentation of the work performed Regular on-site assignments in Basel Your profile Completed KV apprenticeship or comparable commercial training Age between 20 - 30 years old No IT professional experience required – you will receive comprehensive training for your new task Strong technical understanding is decisive Great interest in IT and pleasure in learning new technical topics Good comprehension and high willingness to learn Ideally, first points of contact with PCs, hardware, or technical devices – but not a requirement Very good to perfect knowledge of Baseldytsch and confident use of the German language Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance Reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working Driver's license Cat.
