First-class medical quality and human well-being are at the center for us. YOUR TASKS ## • You stand at the table or assist our surgeons in one of our six operating rooms. With empathy, foresight, and reliability, you instrument procedures in all medical disciplines with an emphasis on orthopedics. • You ensure an optimal daily workflow in the assigned operating room and provide the instruments and sterile goods for surgeries. • Another key task is ensuring internal and external quality standards, documenting surgical procedures, and performing service recording. • You know how to maintain the important interfaces between all actors involved (especially surgeons, anesthesiologists, anesthesia nurses, positioning nurses, and sterilization staff) in order to enable as smooth a process as possible for the benefit of our patients. YOUR PROFILE ## • At least one year of professional experience as a Dipl. Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF as well as sound technical expertise (affinity for orthopedics). • You act competently and can quickly adapt when something does not proceed as originally planned. You know how to set the right priorities in a short time and under pressure and then act accordingly. • You reach peak performance when personal commitment is required. You value the initiative and support of your colleagues and are personally ready to commit yourself for them. • Flexibility and the willingness for on-call duties round off your profile.
