What you can achieve

• You further develop and establish the company-wide impact model as a basis for strategic investment and portfolio steering
• You translate strategic goals into measurable impact metrics, KPIs, and steering mechanisms and continuously further develop the evaluation models
• You analyze changes in strategic goals and derive adjustments to impact areas, key figures, and steering parameters from them
• You advise specialist departments, portfolio managers, and executives on impact measurement, prioritization, and investment steering
• You ensure the integration of relevant key figures and impact models into reporting, planning, and steering systems
• You develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and analyses and create transparency regarding the strategic benefit of investments and initiatives
• You analyze and link data from different sources, ensure their quality, and derive sound recommendations for action for portfolio, investment, and management decisions

What you bring with you

• Tertiary degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, strategy implementation, management consulting, or Project Portfolio Management
• Sound knowledge in data analysis, reporting, data modeling, and data visualization
• Very good knowledge of SQL; knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, and Python as an advantage
• Experience in building KPI frameworks, impact models, performance management systems, or comparable steering instruments
• Ability to translate strategic questions into measurable key figures and data-based decision-making bases
• High level of initiative, convincing communication and moderation skills, as well as enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions at the interface of strategy, business, and data
