• Direct a team of approximately ten employees, ensure a balanced workload, and promote and motivate employees in a targeted manner

• Be responsible for the implementation, coordination, optimization, and management of shipping operations for the entire Farmacia dell'esercito

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Training as a logistics specialist or equivalent training with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Several years of leadership experience with high social competence
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to think analytically and conceptually
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, SAP and TMS, be prepared to carry a service weapon
• Written and oral knowledge of a second official language

It provides all logistic services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
