Job number: 8474 Place of work: Herisau Workload: 100% Tasks: • Operating various systems and machines • Reading work papers, providing required materials and preparing tools • Carrying out assembly work: cutting cables, stripping, soldering and mounting special connectors • Carrying out final inspections, quality controls and packaging according to specifications • Entering data into the SAP system • Material availability, timely processing and release of production orders • Participating in continuous improvement processes Requirements: • Completed basic training EFZ, preferably in a technical or industrial field • Knowledge of assembly processes, soldering and reading technical drawings is an advantage • Economical and networked thinking as well as high independence and reliability • Pronounced team skills, clear communication and high social competence • High quality awareness as well as a structured and careful way of working • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend work • Very good German language skills in word and writing, English is an advantage
