Quality Manager for Diagnostic Imaging Departement (60% - 80%) The Quality Manager for Diagnostic Imaging Departement (60% - 80%) will play a key role in the implementation and monitoring of quality projects and actions within the Diagnostic Imaging unit of Affidea Suisse and will report to the Country Quality Manager of Affidea Suisse. Main responsibilities · Monitoring of the quality management system in the different centers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal directives of the Affidea Group. · Management of internal documents · Good understanding of the issues related to diagnostic medical imaging · Organization and monitoring of internal and external audits as well as certification procedures (ISO 9001:2015). · Collection, analysis, and monitoring of quality indicators, with a focus on patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of actions taken. · Analysis of incidents and development of targeted action plans to prevent and resolve problems encountered. · Management of preventive and corrective measures, in consultation with process managers. · Advice and support to center staff on all matters related to quality management and continuous improvement. · Support to centers in managing complaints · Coordination of data collection for annual ESG reports · Experience in the field of diagnostic medical imaging · Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centers (MRI, CT, conventional radiology, mammography, etc.) · Graduate of a Higher Education institution or university degree with complementary training in the field of quality or available to follow it · Experience in the field of diagnostic medical imaging or in a similar clinical environment · Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. · Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. · Attention to detail, organization, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. · Proposal force, creative, dynamic, and solution-oriented. · Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centers (MRI, CT, conventional radiology, mammography, etc.) .
