Join a dynamic team in an enriching institutional setting, at the heart of a meaningful mission: Social Educator (M/F) Your mission: • Support adult residents in their life journey, by promoting a relationship of trust and respect. • Value the skills and social roles of the persons being welcomed, while ensuring their physical and psychic well-being. • Develop and follow individualized projects, in collaboration with the beneficiaries and the team. • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with internal and external partners. • Actively participate in delegations and institutional life. Your profile: • ES/HES Social Educator diploma, CFC Socio-educational Assistant or training deemed equivalent. • Experience in supporting persons with disabilities. • Interest and skills in supporting persons presenting an ASD as well as psychic issues. • Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork. • Dynamism, creativity, flexibility and good interpersonal skills. • Ease with administrative tasks related to the function. • Driver's license required.
