Housekeeper for 4 and 5 star hotel (M/F)

• Your mission:
• Perform control, verification, and management work of chambermaids' work
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure the follow-up of client requests and transmit information to the relevant services
• Be helpful and attentive towards clients while respecting their privacy and guaranteeing them comfort and order in the room
• Contribute to the company's image by ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness in public areas
• Be required to make up rooms to support the service
• Your profile:
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety rules
• Knowledge of cleaning products
• In-depth knowledge of "check-out" and "stay-over" room cleaning techniques
• Work in a neat and rigorous manner
• Efficiency, speed of execution, flexibility, and availability
• Good physical condition
• Good organization / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
• Team spirit, irreproachable dress and personal appearance
• Discretion, honesty and sense of detail
• Experience in luxury hospitality required
