Your Mission
With your leadership and understanding of security, you ensure that St. Jakob-Park, our teams, and the company are protected in the best possible way during matches, events, and daily operations. You coordinate operative security deployments, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and ensure smooth processes together with internal and external partners. As part of the security team, you actively contribute to ensuring that employees, players, and guests can feel safe in the Rotblau environment at all times. Your main tasks include:

• Operative management at away matches as well as protection of the 1. Mannschaft/other teams and the company at all internal & external events
• Link between the Head of Security and the deployed security employees during events in St. Jakob-Park
• Regularly reviewing and adapting the security concept in consultation with supervisors
• Checking personnel resources as well as planning all matches & events
• Assessment of potential risks and threats
• Maintaining contact with security departments of other football clubs
• Various administrative tasks (creating coordination reports for the SFL and UEFA)
• Close cooperation and participation in meetings with fan work, authorities, SFL and UEFA
• Coordination with police, fire department, and other institutions in the event of incidents

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in the security sector is an advantage or at least an equivalent qualification
• Training SiBe Brandschutz / SiBe KOPAS desirable
• Several years of experience in the operative and planning security sector
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Driving license category B
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong planning, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• High resilience, sense of responsibility, and a confident manner
• Negotiation skills and high security awareness
• Flawless criminal and debt enforcement register extract
