Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for two: Service Assistants (reported profession) Tasks: • is responsible for the timely delivery of drinks and refreshments to the tables, contributing to offering guests a high-quality experience in line with the standards of the Grand Café Paolino • pick up orders prepared by the bar and deliver them correctly to the tables. • collaborate with bartenders and floor staff to ensure the fluidity and speed of service. • check that orders are complete before delivery. • keep service stations and passageways clean and tidy. • support the reordering and restocking of materials, glasses and products necessary for service. • collect and promptly report any customer requests or reports to the floor staff. • ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations at work. • contribute to maintaining a professional, welcoming and customer-oriented environment. Requirements: • previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years • ability to work in a team • reliability and courtesy • good knowledge of Italian • basic oral knowledge of German Employment details: • workplace Locarno • employment from 60 - 100% • employment by prior agreement, fixed-term until 30.09.2026 • shift work, night work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary payment based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
