• Provide an active presence at committee meetings
• Contribute to the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the institutional project
• Collaborate on the development of the annual animation program, its implementation, and its evaluation
• Participate in and set up activities/actions aimed at the neighborhood and the general public
• Contribute to the preparation of the activity report and the preparation of the General Assembly
• Assume tasks of coordination, organization, planning, and priority management, within a framework of shared responsibilities
• Assume administrative, budgetary, and management tasks for the MQP
• Participate in the preparation of the MQP budget and ensure its monitoring
• Develop collaborations between sectors to promote links between generations and the publics welcomed
• Contribute to team cohesion based on the current relational charter
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, HES level, or an equivalent university degree (educational sciences, sociology, psychology, anthropology, ethnology / Diplôme d'Etat d'Educateur spécialisé (DEES), Diplôme d'Etat Supérieur de la Jeunesse, de l'Education Populaire et de Sport (DESJEPS) with SEFRI recognition for the latter two diplomas)
• Successful experience in animation and interest in neighborhood development issues, sensitivity to environmental questions
• Recognized skills in project design and presentation, creative spirit, versatile and dynamic
• Interest in the issues of neighborhood development and transformation
• Ability to engage in and drive projects that fit within the climate strategy of the city of Genève and the active engagement of the maison de quartier in an ecological transition process
• Faculty and willingness to work in a team and in a network
• Be open to rotation between the different sectors of the MQP
• Be comfortable with shared governance
• Ability to work autonomously while working in a team
• Ability for autonomy in the management and monitoring of projects by inviting the concerned publics to co-construct and take ownership of them
• Good experience in organization and planning, and priority management
• Be comfortable with administrative tasks, accounting, and communication
• Good knowledge of IT tools and applications used in Maisons de quartier
• Have skills or at least the willingness to train in multimedia techniques, projection, sound, sound recording, etc.
