For exciting construction site projects, we are looking for a motivated specialist immediately or by arrangement. Fitter in Metal and Steel Construction - 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: • You independently carry out the professional assembly of high-quality glass and metal construction components as well as facade, window, and door elements according to technical plans • You precisely adapt components on-site, perform fine adjustments, and ensure exact final assembly • You undertake disassembly, conversion, and repair work reliably and in a solution-oriented manner • You carry out quality and dimensional controls and consistently ensure compliance with occupational safety on the construction site • With suitable qualifications, you additionally take over the technical leadership of a small assembly team and coordinate processes directly with the project and site management. Qualifications • Successfully completed basic training as Metallbauer EFZ, Metallbaupraktiker EBA, or in a related craft profession • Several years of professional experience in the assembly of metal and glass construction elements • Good technical understanding and the ability to read construction and design drawings reliably • Independent, reliable way of working with high customer and solution orientation (leadership experience is an advantage for the function as chief fitter) • Driver's license Cat. B mandatory, Cat.
