The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly, and delivery of watch heads for the brands Swatch and Flik Flak

Your future areas of responsibility ##

• Operating and setting up pad printing machines for printing dials and other watch components
• Monitoring the production process and performing quality controls
• Adhering to quality standards according to the applicable guidelines
• Ensuring cleaning and maintenance work on the production facilities
• Assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees

Your skills and competencies ##

• Completed training as a machine operator, printing technologist, or comparable technical training
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment
• Good knowledge of handling colors, lacquers, and solvents
• High quality awareness as well as a careful and precise way of working
• Team player, reliable, and independent personality
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)

Languages ##

• You have very good German skills, French is an advantage
