Apply now Share What to expect? ## • Act as the first point of contact to respond to basic requests and assist in particular with the use of ATMs and our digital solutions • Provide simple and standardized advice on payments, savings, investments and pensions • Detect and exploit client potential through active and continuous monitoring of the client portfolio • Identify individual client needs and organize appointments for advisors What do you bring? ## • Proven experience in welcoming and receiving clients • CFC or equivalent qualification (basic banking training is an asset) • Excellent presentation, relational ease and keen sense of service • Commitment, team spirit and flexibility • Language skills: French and German
