• Be responsible for the operation, monitoring, control, and regulation of the technical facilities in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filtration, ventilation, water, and energy supply, and monitor and maintain all technical systems for functionality and safety
• Perform maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and revision work
• Prepare deficiency lists and documentation for invoicing for damaged or lost material
• Supervise and perform environmental work, ice control, and snow removal
• Perform barriers, setup, and cleanup work on the assigned shooting ranges and training facilities

• Completed vocational training in the field of technology/construction/horticulture and/or successful practical proof from the areas of building maintenance, machine maintenance, construction industry, or environmental care
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working as well as the willingness to perform on-call duties and interventions outside of working hours and special missions at military airfields
• Driver's license category B and good IT knowledge
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset
