Legal Advisor M/F (60%) The management of the Centre Médico-Psychologique is looking for: Legal Advisor M/F (60%) Mission: The legal advisor provides expertise to the Management and the heads of the institution in order to guarantee the legal security of the strategic, organizational and operational decisions of the Centre médico-psychologique (CMP). They ensure the compliance of activities with legal and regulatory provisions, support projects with legal implications, ensure legal monitoring, contribute to the management of institutional risks and represents the CMP before authorities and partners, upon delegation from the Administrator. Tasks: Advise the Administrator and the Management on institutional legal issues. Perform legal analyses and opinions. Legally secure institutional decisions, procedures and documents. Identify legal risks and propose measures to manage them. Ensure legislative, regulatory and case law monitoring. Support managers in files presenting legal implications. Represent the CMP before authorities and partners upon delegation from the Administrator. Requirements: You hold a university Master's degree in law or an equivalent training. You benefit from additional training or confirmed experience in public law, administrative law, health law, data protection or public procurement. Professional experience within a public administration, a health establishment or a parapublic institution. You can demonstrate professional experience within a public administration, a health establishment or a parapublic institution. You possess excellent analytical, synthesis and legal writing skills. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, discretion and a keen sense of responsibility. You are comfortable working in a team and know how to advise various interlocutors with pragmatism.
