Customer Service Advisor

Your tasks

• Outstanding customer service for all matters concerning their vehicle
• Advising and supporting customers at the reception and on the phone
• Creation of offers and customer invoices from repair and service work
• General administrative tasks

You bring

• Training as an Automobil-Fachmann EFZ or –Mechatroniker EFZ a prerequisite
• Further training in the commercial sector is an advantage
• Brand experience with Volvo or Renault is an advantage
• Good German skills
• Experience in an identical or similar function is an advantage
• Good PC skills (Stieger Software is an advantage)
• Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
• High degree of organization and exact independent working
• Enjoyment of customer contact
