For the Spitex area, we are looking for a responsible Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF without case management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• During your assignment, you will take on evening responsibility for the evening team and the customers in the area.
• You ensure qualified and resource-oriented nursing and care for our customers.
• You support and guide customers and their relatives, even in complex situations.
• You perform on-call duties with telephone specialist responsibility.

Profile

• Completed tertiary-level training such as Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF or equivalent training
• Joy and interest in interacting with elderly people
• Application knowledge in MS-Office and Perigon is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B, car is an advantage
